That's why we offer truly bespoke, guided consultations, tailored entirely to your home, your rooms and your taste, rather than generic recommendations. Whether you'd prefer us to visit in person or guide you remotely, we'll take you through every decision step by step, drawing on our knowledge of cast iron radiators to help you choose with genuine confidence.

  • In-Home Consultation

    We'll visit your home in person to give you fully bespoke, one-to-one guidance. We measure your rooms, assess your existing pipework and heating setup, and bring a selection of radiator samples for you to see and touch, talking you through the options as we go. Rather than a generic recommendation, you'll receive advice built entirely around your rooms, your finishes and your taste.

    Cost- £200, fully redeemable against any order placed with us.

    There is no additional cost if you go on to purchase, the consultation fee is simply deducted from your order total.

  • Digital Consultation

    The same bespoke, guided approach, delivered remotely by phone, video call, email and photographs. We'll talk through your rooms, your requirements and your taste in detail, and guide you personally through every decision  from room sizing, heat output, style and finish just as we would in person.

    Cost - Free of charge.
